Senior Executive

The Senior Workforce Management professional is responsible for overseeing workforce operations optimizing resource allocation and ensuring compliance with organizational policies to support business objectives.

1) Manage and optimize workforce management processes with a focus on Workforce Management.

2) Utilize workforce management tools to monitor and streamline resource deployment and demand fulfillment.

3) Maintain accurate organized and up to date records of resource demands and allocations.

4) Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and organizational policies.

5) Collaborate with competency leads to balance demand and supply raising proactive demands as needed.

6) Prepare and publish daily weekly and monthly dashboards for various competency areas.

7) Support resource deployment plans including rotations and internal proposals to maximize bench utilization.

8) Stay updated on best practices and trends in workforce management to drive continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Validate and manage resource demands to ensure alignment with project requirements and business priorities.

2) Oversee bench management including offshore and senior level L7 and above resources to optimize utilization and reduce high ageing cases.

3) Monitor and manage extensions cancellations and ageing of resource requests to maintain pipeline hygiene.

4) Allocate Do Not Book DNB resources appropriately and manage related investments within the system.

5) Identify and resolve discrepancies between resource request statuses and job requisitions.

6) Generate and validate comprehensive offshore and bench management reports to support decision making.

7) Collaborate with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective resource management.

8) Handle escalations related to resource requests and support timely closure of allocations 9) Demonstrate strong communication, problem solving and multitasking skills while working independently and collaboratively under pressure.
