Role Description

As a Senior Executive with KJS Cement (I) Limited, you will oversee and manage various operational, strategic, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of assigned areas. Responsibilities include leading teams, driving process improvements, monitoring performance to achieve organizational goals, developing and implementing strategies, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. You will serve as a key liaison between management and team members to foster collaboration and innovation. This is a full-time position, based on-site at our facility in Tikamgarh.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of cement manufacturing processes and operational workflows
• Experience in certified management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies
• Proven ability to meet targets, improve efficiency, and support business growth
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the cement manufacturing industry or a similar field is strongly preferred
