Key Responsibilities-


  • Policy & Procedure Management

    : Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • HRIS & Data Management

    : Manage and maintain the human resources information system (HRIS), ensuring employee data is accurate, secure, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding

    : Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding new hires, and managing offboarding processes and exit interviews.
  • Compliance & Legal Adherence

    : Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws, PF, ESI, LWF, annual returns, employment regulations, and other relevant standards by conducting audits and staying informed of legal changes.
  • Employee Records & Administration

    : Handle employee records, benefits administration, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks to support the workforce efficiently.
  • Employee Relations

    : Provide support and guidance for employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management within the workplace.
  • Reporting & Analytics

    : Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to track workforce metrics, process efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
