Experience: 6+ years Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST WFO for 3 days and 2 days WFH About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java development alongside hands-on experience working with NodeJS, building MCP (Message Control Protocol) Servers, and implementing A2A (Application-to-Application) communication protocols. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that power critical business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications and backend services. Architect and build MCP Servers to handle high-volume message processing and routing efficiently. Develop and implement A2A protocols for seamless communication between enterprise applications. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Contribute to technical documentation and design specifications. Work with NodeJS to build supplementary microservices or APIs that integrate with Java backend systems. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts, collections, concurrency, and JVM internals. Proven experience in building and managing MCP (Message Control Protocol) Servers or similar message processing frameworks. Strong knowledge of A2A communication protocols , including design and implementation. Hands-on experience with NodeJS development, including building RESTful APIs or microservices.
