About the Role:

Senior Java Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications and backend services.
• Architect and build MCP Servers to handle high-volume message processing and routing efficiently.
• Develop and implement A2A protocols for seamless communication between enterprise applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation and design specifications.
• Work with NodeJS to build supplementary microservices or APIs that integrate with Java backend systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of professional experience

  in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts, collections, concurrency, and JVM internals.
• Proven experience in building and managing

  MCP (Message Control Protocol) Servers

  or similar message processing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of

  A2A communication protocols

  , including design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with

  NodeJS

  development, including building RESTful APIs or microservices.
