We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive - Safety with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in safety management, particularly in the chemical industry. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment in our facility located in Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions.
• Promote a safety culture across all departments through training sessions, awareness programs, and continuous communication.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards relating to workplace safety, hazardous materials handling, and emergency response.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections and audits.
• Maintain safety records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.Tech degree in Fire & Safety
• Valid ADIS (Associate Diploma in Industrial Safety) or PDIS (Professional Diploma in Industrial Safety) certification.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in safety management, preferably in a chemical company.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, chemical hazard management, and industrial safety practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and lead safety initiatives.

• Candidates with experience in chemical industry safety protocols will be preferred.
