A recruiting ninja with 3+ years of experience, who can juggle high-volume blue-collar hiring (warehouse warriors, helpers, tech whizzes) AND white/mid‑level roles. Must have vendor‑taming skills, spreadsheet wizardry, and the charisma to keep hiring wheels greased.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Own the entire hiring life cycle: from sourcing to onboarding (and the grand FNF finale).
• Lead blue-collar recruitment marathons—fast, fierce, fun.
• Recruit white/mid-tier folks in ops, sales, admin, HR, and customer‑service lanes.
• Track down candidates via portals, socials, field hunts, agencies, and good ol’ referrals.
• Do the screening tango, schedule the interview dance, and sync with hiring heads.
• Build pipelines like water mains—steady, strong, and ready to burst.
• Negotiate with vendors—commercials, deadlines, maybe even pizza budgets for staff drives.
• Keep dashboards, reports, and docs so clean they’d pass Marie Kondo’s audit.
• Close open roles faster than your mom closes your door when you’re late.
• Ensure new hires settle in smoothly (because first day jitters are real).

What You Bring to the Party:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, especially blue-collar hustle.
• Sourcing & networking chops that would make LinkedIn jealous.
• Communication & stakeholder management that talks the talk—and walks the walk.
• Excel wizardry (pivot tables are your BFF).
• Experience in fast-paced e‑com, logistics, manufacturing, or facility management zones.
