Job Title: Head of Finance – The Money Maestro (a.k.a. The One Who Stops UsFrom Going Broke) D2C EXPERIENCE REQUIREDLocation: Saki Naka, MumbaiSalary: ₹28-40 LPA Mattresses are all about balance—just like our finances. We need someone who can crunchnumbers, predict financial disasters before they happen, and make sure we actually have moneyleft at the end of the month. If Excel sheets excite you more than a blockbuster movie and youcan spot an unnecessary expense from a mile away, welcome aboard. What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Telling Us We Can’t Buy Fancy Coffee Machines) ● Financial Strategy & Planning – Ensuring we don’t burn through cash like a startup oncaffeine.● Budgeting & Financial Management – Making budgets that people actually stick to (orat least pretend to).● Accounting & Compliance – Keeping us in the good books of tax authorities (nobodylikes a surprise audit).● Financial Reporting & Analysis – Presenting numbers in a way that even non-financepeople understand.● Team Leadership & Development – Leading a team that doesn’t break into a cold sweatat the word “audit.”● Risk Management – Spotting financial landmines before we step on them.● Investor Relations & Fundraising – Talking to banks and investors without making themnervous.● ERP & Financial Systems – Making sure our financial systems aren’t stuck in theWindows 98 era. What We’re Looking For (Besides Someone Who Actually Likes Numbers)● 8+ years of experience (at least 3-5 years leading the charge).● CA ● Experience in manufacturing/retail/D2C is a plus—because finance is different whenactual products are involved.● Deep knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting (because we don’twant to learn the hard way).● Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems—if your idea of fun is building a financialmodel, we like you already.● A problem-solver who can balance growth, risk, and making sure payday never fails.
