We are seeking a young, passionate, and driven finance leader to join us on our mission to build a global health tech organization. As Finance Leader, you will work directly with the Co-Founders and leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping the strategy and direction of the organization. This is an opportunity to take ownership, drive financial excellence, and be at the forefront of scaling a high-growth health-tech company.

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in line with Indian GAAP and US GAAP requirements.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls, reconciliations, and accounting processes.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with all direct and indirect taxation requirements in India and abroad.
• Coordinate with tax advisors on transfer pricing documentation, assessments, and audits.
• Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and corporate governance frameworks.

Cost Management & Control

• Implement systems for cost controlling and cost allocation across departments/projects.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective measures for optimization.
• Support strategic decisions with detailed cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Provide actionable insights through MIS, dashboards, and financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning exercises.
• Advise management on financial risks, treasury planning, and liquidity management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Looking for Talented candidates preferably Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–10 years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Hands-on experience in taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
• Expertise in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
