Role Overview We are looking for energetic and customer-centric Associate Dentists who will visit customers at their homes, perform smile scans, educate them on aligner treatments, and drive conversions. This role blends clinical expertise with field sales, ideal for dentists who enjoy patient interaction, mobility, and career growth. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers’ homes for dental consultations and perform intraoral scans using iTero or equivalent scanners. Assess smile alignment and explain the aligner treatment process to customers. Clearly communicate clinical reports, expected outcomes, and pricing options. Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets. Coordinate with central sales & operations teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups. Ensure an excellent, professional, and hygienic customer experience during every visit. Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly. Handle and transport the company-provided scanner bag (weight up to 8 kg) during field visits. Work Expectations: Appointment schedule runs between 8 AM to 8 PM. You will receive a minimum of 4 appointments per day. Daily field travel within the assigned city is mandatory. Bike/Two-wheeler is mandatory for this role. Requirements Education: BDS / MDS Dentistry Experience: 0–6 years (freshers welcome if confident in communication & sales). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
