Corporate Work Experience: 1 to 2 years As a Customer Success Engineer, you will front end the external customers and take them through the journey from installation, set-up, training, and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to the ongoing development of our products. You will be crucial in ensuring seamless user experience and optimal system performance. Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and infrastructure.Install and configure software with medical imaging devices/PACS ensuring smooth workflow.Provide first-line technical support for users of our solutionsTrouble shoot and reproduce technical issues while working closely with multiple sub-departments within organization to deliver a speedy resolutionDocument, triage, resolve, and escalate support cases promptly according to SLAs.Proactively seek user feedback and work with internal teams to achieve customer delightParticipate in the development and testing of new features and functionalities of the products.Attend internal training and meetings to keep up to date with latest technology and internal system processes.Develop and sustain productive customer relationships.Carry out other ancillary task assigned by management from time to time. Education, Qualification and Skills Needed:B.E or Bachelors in Computer Science/IT or Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree and Masters is a plus.Practical, day-to-day experience with Linux/Windows and proficient at the command line.Experience in deploying and managing applications using Docker containers.Customer experience focused; the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers as well as with internal engineers.Experience and skills in debugging and troubleshooting issues.Project management skills and the ability to stay calm, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced work environmentDeep understanding of third-party integrations, API JOB DESCRIPTIONUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, firewalls, network protocols, and SSH) with the ability to apply these in deployment and troubleshooting scenarios.Familiarity with virtualized infrastructureAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
