Foxtale is a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand reimagining skincare for the modern Indian consumer. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations for warehouse teams — covering recruitment, onboarding, compliance, attendance, payroll inputs, and engagement. The position will serve as the key HR partner for warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination between HR, Finance, and external manpower agencies. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Handle end-to-end hiring for all warehouse roles (direct and indirect), from junior to leadership levels. 
• Drive in-house recruitment and manage off-roll hiring through consultants and manpower agencies. 
• Liaise with Finance and vendors for consultant payments and manpower billing. 

2. HR Operations & Payroll

• Oversee onboarding, exits, attendance, and leave management for all warehouse staff. 
• Ensure adherence to attendance, OT, and compliance norms. 
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. 

3. Compliance & Governance

• Maintain statutory compliance related to contract labor, attendance, and OT guidelines. 
• Monitor vendor adherence to PF, ESIC, and other labor regulations. 

4. Employee Engagement & R&R

• Plan and execute R&R activities and employee engagement programs. 
• Support welfare initiatives and maintain a positive, compliant work culture. 

5. HR MIS & Reporting

• Maintain HR dashboards, headcount reports, and manpower MIS. 
• Share regular updates with management and ensure data accuracy. 

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 
• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in warehouse / plant HR roles. 
• Prior experience managing off-roll manpower and compliance preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of blue-collar workforce management and HR operations. 
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and HR systems. 
• Excellent coordination and communication skills. 
• Hands-on approach, detail orientation, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
