Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, administrative operations, and interdepartmental coordination across the entire group. She/He will play a key role in fostering a compliant, efficient, and collaborative work culture.


What you will do?


Human Resources:

Independently responsible for all the HR & Related Function of the organization.

  • Responsible for Recruitment activity such as new Staff Recruitment, preparing job descriptions, analysing job
  • requirements and finalizing candidates.
  • Design KPA and KRA of the team members
  • Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
  • Issuing of Offer letters & Appointment letters, Joining formalities & Exit formalities.
  • Induction Program for new staff members
  • Identify Training & Development needs in the organization.
  • Arrange In House training programs for Staff and Workers to meet organization Requirements.
  • Handle entire gamut of Employee relations
  • Implement Performance Review & Appraisal systems
  • Handle day to day employee queries, grievances if any
  • Taking care of celebration of all events, Functions and festivals in the organization.
  • Create, Modify and implement all the Company & HR Policies.
  • Support Events Calendar, Oversee PeopleSoft accuracy
  • Adhere to Legal & Statutory Compliances of the organization.
  • Visit Factory and take care of the Factory related HR Activity.
  • Looking after welfare facilities of the employee
  • Attendance & Leave Management, Keeping records for Leaves of all employees, salary calculation.
  • Maintain & updating Employee Records & all HR Files.
  • Ensuring compliance of company policies and its implementation
  • Responsible to design the organization structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.
  • Ensuring optimum utilization of human resources i.e. manpower planning and deployment.
  • Responsible to introduce new HR initiatives like linking pay to performance, reward and recognition policy etc.
  • Increase efficiency of production team to achieve cost effective production
  • Adapting new systems to manage all HR data


Administration:

  • Taking care of the Visitors and its related Management.
  • Prepare, update and maintain all admin files & related records.
  • Handle Administrative duties such as preparing Internal Memos/ Notices.
  • In charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions.
  • Handling Booking / Travel / Stay arrangements of the Guest and Marketing professionals and the Directors.
  • Regular supervision on Security, housekeeping and driver duties.
  • Check and verify the petrol expenses for office boy and driver.
  • Check the Vehicle logbook from driver.
  • Handling all the company/product related registrations /license/renewal processes.
  • Assist Management team members for day-to-day operations.
  • Keeping track of all company and vehicle related Insurance and maintenance policies.
  • Handling all the work related to renewal of trademarks of the company products.
  • Facility management
  • Transport vendor management


Co-ordination:

  • Coordination with the marketing team for daily activities.
  • Scheduling Meetings of Managers, Staff and Management.
  • Co-ordination with all departments for the smooth operation.
  • Report Generation- Generation and Submission of weekly reports.
  • Drafting mails.
  • Making Bill entries in Excel for trading, records of the quotations & bills from client related to admin and HR activities.
  • Check & reply all e-mails on daily basis, in order to make sure no mail remain non-responded by the end of the day. Maintain relation with clients.


What you will bring to the table?

  • Any graduate + MBA HR
  • Preferably 5 to 8 years of work experience as HR Generalist profile
  • Good Knowledge of Using Computers, MS Office and internet is essentials
  • Excellent Presentation/Communication/Conversation Skills, Eye for details
