Require Supply Chain Sr.Exexcutive A Supply Chain Sr Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services, from sourcing to final delivery. They manage aspects like procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships, aiming to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Here's a more detailed breakdown of a Supply Chain Executive's responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: · Procurement and Sourcing: Managing the purchase of materials and supplies, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring quality standards are met. · Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing warehousing and distribution. · Logistics and Transportation: Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. · Vendor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, monitoring their performance, and resolving any issues. · Performance Analysis: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost savings, and identifying areas for improvement. · Process Improvement: Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including exploring and implementing new technologies. · Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams like procurement, operations, and sales to ensure a smooth and seamless supply chain. · Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies related to supply chain operations.
