Senior Executive

As an experienced candidate with 6-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely rollout of execution initiatives within the assigned area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning the deployment process with regards to cost, quality, timelines, and resources. - Liaising with peers and the circle leadership team for timely resolution of issues and escalations. - Working closely with contractors and vendors to ensure that all project work is being done as per approved standards without compromising on cost and quality. - Keeping the circle teams fully informed about the progress, work, and feedback provided by the contractors. - Ensuring profitable and smooth operations of all assigned areas, including obtaining all required permissions, material, manpower, and support. - Regularly reviewing the performance of projects, operations, and other reporting functions. Your skills should include vendor/people management, strong coordination and multitasking abilities, conflict resolution, as well as strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
