Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive role located in Kolkata. As a Senior Executive, you will oversee key operations related to auditing, tax compliance, financial analysis, and advisory services. Tasks include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with taxation laws, managing GST & tax assessments, performing business valuations, and advising on corporate law matters. You will also collaborate closely with clients and support organizational decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Audit, Ind AS Reporting ,Income Tax, and GST-related processes
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Business Valuation, and Corporate Law Advisory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge of relevant financial software and tools
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CS or CMA are preferred
• Experience in handling client consultations and managing multiple projects effectively
