Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Build & maintain Hiring plan for the organization & update the management periodically. Create and understand the hiring needs of the Company for the future. Understand each profile in detail, before proceeding with hiring.
2. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
3. Close working with HODs to set qualification criteria for future employees. Finalise proper job description of current team members & future vacancies to be created.
4. Screen resumes & job applications. To ensure correct shortlistings as per the JD.
5. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
6. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
7. Train and advise the hiring managers time to time on interviewing techniques and assessment methods. Ability to make use of best scrutiny tools like Harrison & other psychometric tests & ensure only relevant talent is hired by the Company.
8. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
9. Manage Interview drive at site level
10. Work with IT department to ensure the development, enhancement or acquisition of the tools needed to support the hiring activities.
