Job Description

Role & responsibilities Individually and team meeting the given targets for sales & payment collections. Visit To Customer for make relationship and BD. Regional expert (assigned territory), good connections with existing or new clients. Weekly reviews with team members on performance. Monitoring the tasks for regulatory affairs registration with state agencies Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. Understanding of market and Competition activities Close watch of client's requirement and timely Follow-up to maximize the sales. Skills & Competencies Good Communication Skills. / Knowledge of Southern Language with English and Hindi preferred. Must have experience in General Trade. Good exposure of sales and account management in B2B Business with good team management skills Proven experience as a Sales Personnel. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
