Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Business Technology Solutions Associate, specializing in Veeva Network implementations. This role involves working with global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients to deliver high-quality Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Veeva Network or similar platforms, a strong grasp of data integration and modeling, and a solid understanding of pharma domain processes. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to the full lifecycle of Veeva Network projects from requirement gathering to deployment and client handover.

Responsibilities

- Work on end-to-end Veeva Network implementations for global pharma & life sciences companies

- Support requirement gathering, configuration, data model setup, and integration activities.

- Configure match rules, merge logic, workflows, and data quality checks in Veeva Network.

- Prepare and run test cases for system and user acceptance testing.

- Support data migration, validation, and loading of HCP/HCO master data.

- Provide deployment support, documentation, and client handover.

- Collaborate with onsite/global teams and ensure timely delivery.

Must have skills.

- Exposure to pharma domain processes (commercial operations, field force data).

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts

- Strong hold with SQL, Data Modelling, and data integration/ETL tools

Associate Staff Engineer - 5-7 years

Mandatory Skill : Veeva Vault

We are seeking a skilled Veeva Network Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and integrating Veeva Network Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data modeling, API integrations, and workflow automation in Veeva Network, along with a deep understanding of customer, product, and affiliation master data processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and develop Veeva Network components including data models, custom objects, field configurations, and data workflows.

- Implement and support integrations between Veeva Network and other systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, ERP, Salesforce, RIM, or external MDM platforms) using Veeva Network APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, or other middleware tools.

- Build and manage custom rules, validation logic, and data quality workflows to ensure clean, standardized master data.

- Develop and optimize Network Integration Rules (NIRs), Data Stewardship tasks, and Match Rules to handle data merges and deduplication.

- Implement data governance policies, including address validation, affiliation mapping, and customer hierarchy management.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and configuration deliverables.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and data validation of Veeva Network configurations and integrations.

- Support change control, deployment activities, and documentation in compliance with GxP and validation guidelines.

- Monitor production jobs, resolve incidents, and provide L3 technical support for ongoing data maintenance and enhancement requests.

- Work closely with Veeva, Salesforce, and integration teams to ensure seamless synchronization of HCP/HCO, product, and affiliation data.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Veeva Network implementation or support within Life Sciences.

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, data stewardship, and governance processes.

- Experience in developing and maintaining Veeva Network APIs (REST, SOAP) and data integration pipelines.

- Proficiency in SQL, XML/JSON, data modeling, and data transformation logic.

- Experience with middleware tools like Informatica Cloud, MuleSoft, or Boomi for integration.

- Familiarity with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce data models is a plus.

- Knowledge of address standardization, match & merge algorithms, and data quality frameworks.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.

- Veeva Network Certification or equivalent hands-on project experience preferred.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to Veeva Data Governance or Veeva Open Data.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Prior work with GxP-compliant systems and validation documentation (URS, FRS,

IQ/OQ/PQ)
