This role demands hands-on experience with Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end IT recruitment for C2H positions , from sourcing to onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and project needs. Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify top tech talent. Maintain and update candidate pipelines, records, and reports. Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the process. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house). Proven experience handling C2H mandates . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet targets in a remote setup. Familiarity with ATS systems and online sourcing strategies.
