About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join our Sourcing & Procurement team at Centum Electronics. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator, an analytical thinker, and a collaborative leader who can drive cost optimization, ensure supply chain resilience, and foster lasting supplier partnerships.

What Youll Do

• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize supply chain performance.
• Define and uphold supplier/vendor selection guidelines ensuring strict adherence to Centum’s quality and compliance standards.
• Build and sustain a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and business excellence.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives, aligning with customer needs, organizational goals, and market dynamics.
• Proactively identify and execute cost reduction opportunities through strategic initiatives and strong negotiation.
• Achieve cost savings through effective negotiations with material suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ensure ethical sourcing practices and compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Lead commodity and sourcing strategy formulation and implementation.
• Track and review sourcing performance against KPIs and strategic plans, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Quotation teams to support customer bids and proposals.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including single-sourcing, obsolescence, lead time challenges, and MOQ/SPQ constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (suppliers, vendors, and customers).
• Engage regularly with key partners to understand evolving needs and proactively deliver value beyond expectations.

Who You Are?

• A results-driven sourcing professional with a minimum of 8 + years’ experience in the manufacturing or electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Skilled in working with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
