Convert engineering and telecom concepts into clear narratives—video scripts, solution briefs, case studies, and web copy—structured for reuse and AI-assisted repurposing. Key Responsibilities Directors’ scripts & video writing: Develop scripts, talking points, voiceover, and beat sheets for leadership messages, interviews, demos, and customer stories; prepare interview frameworks and question banks. Social media writing (LinkedIn-first): Craft hooks, captions, carousel copy, and executive bylines; adapt long-form content into short-form variants; supply platform-specific titles, tags, and CTAs. Blog & long-form: Produce outlines, drafts, and final articles (explainers, solution briefs, case studies, release notes) using a clear problem–approach–proof–outcome structure; apply light SEO (intent, headings, internal links, meta). Technical accuracy: Interview Executives; interpret standards/diagrams/performance data; maintain a living glossary and approved terminology; run fact-checks and track sources and approvals. Packaging for reuse (AI-friendly): Componentize content (problem, insight, proof, quote, CTA) with metadata and audience notes to enable rapid repurposing across channels. Accessibility & compliance: Ensure plain language, caption accuracy, and inclusive phrasing; protect confidential/customer information; align with brand/legal guidance. Handover & organization: Provide post-friendly summaries (synopses, key quotes, time-coded highlights); keep files/naming consistent so assets are searchable and version able.
