Supporting the Manager & Engineers during Installation, Commissioning and FAT carried out in System Integration center. Co-ordination with vendors during Integration/Commissioning/Testing activity. Getting the integration work done from Technical Officer. Project documentation- update/prepare drawings as per requirement. Ensuring the usage of proper test equipment’s during testing/ commissioning. Co-ordination with Logistic personal - To prepare material requisition and issue the material from stores and assist during dispatch. Providing support in maintaining inventory and mobility of equipment’s, spares, tools, and test equipment’s. Co-ordination with Cad personal - To prepare update/prepare required drawings and labels. Providing support to the Senior Engineer during Induction Trainings. Testing the cards received from R&R department. Preparing FAT document Maintaining & enhancing QMS. Technical Skills Telecom Systems Knowledge – Familiarity with Optical Fiber Networks, MPLS, DWDM, SDH, and Ethernet-based systems. Network Protocols & Configuration – Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network management systems. Testing & Commissioning – Ability to perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning activities. Industrial Communication Systems – Exposure to SCADA, VSAT, Radio Communication, and Cybersecurity solutions. Responsibilities Entire Employee Lifecycle - Hire to Retire. Maintenance of organization’s head count including different site locations. Handling end to end recruitment process by organizing/conducting interviews, administering the psychometric testing tools on the candidates and all other activities related to hiring. Preparing offer letters and appointment letters and coordinate with candidates till joining. Conducting induction for new joinees. Creating employment records in the HRMS (Darwin Box). Interacting with employees and fulfill their needs as per the company policy. Assisting in the performance appraisal process thereby enhancing Performance Management System at Commtel. Collecting employee documents and ensuring effective maintenance of individual files. Exit processes and procedures including exit interviews, final settlement, issue of salary certificates, preparing the exit records and relieving letters. Taking initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvement (clarity on roles) of employees, thereby leading to lower attrition levels and increased employee productivity.
