About the Role

The Senior Officer-HR will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and Employee Life cycle (from Hire to Retire) on DarwinBox.

Responsibilities

• Entire Employee Lifecycle - Hire to Retire.
• Maintenance of organization’s head count including different site locations.
• Handling end to end recruitment process by organizing/conducting interviews, administering the psychometric testing tools on the candidates and all other activities related to hiring.
• Preparing offer letters and appointment letters and coordinate with candidates till joining.
• Conducting induction for new joinees.
• Creating employment records in the HRMS (Darwin Box).
• Interacting with employees and fulfill their needs as per the company policy.
• Assisting in the performance appraisal process thereby enhancing Performance Management System at Commtel.
• Collecting employee documents and ensuring effective maintenance of individual files.
• Exit processes and procedures including exit interviews, final settlement, issue of salary certificates, preparing the exit records and relieving letters.
• Taking initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvement (clarity on roles) of employees, thereby leading to lower attrition levels and increased employee productivity.
• Maintaining/updating MIS information regularly.
• Assisting in implementation of the Employee Recognition programs.
• Assisting the AGM-HR in conducting the events effectively.
• Enhancing QMS effectively.

Qualifications

Graduate degree

Experience of at least 3 years in similar profile

Required Skills

• Clear and apt communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel
• Darwin Box experience
• Creative thinking ability to question conventional approaches and respond to challenges with innovative solutions

Preferred Skills

1)Darwin Box experience

2) Residing near Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)

Pay range and compensation package
