Study Fabrication & Assembly Drawings and understand the work requirements
Plan daily production activities as per schedule given by Production Manager.
Coordinate with cutting, welding, machining, and assembly teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor fabrication processes like cutting, grinding, welding, fit-up, and alignment.
Ensure all assemblies are completed as per drawing, quality norms, and tolerances.
Inspect fabricated parts and assemblies before handing over to next process.
Assist in implementing production improvements (5S, Kaizen, Lean).
Support root cause analysis in case of rework or quality issues.
Update daily production report and maintain shift records.
