Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Analyze measurement data to detect trends, inconsistencies, and potential process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in measurement techniques and inspection methods. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GD&T principles, and industry best practices . Maintain calibration records and CMM logs for audits and traceability. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between the Quality, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing precision. Provide technical training and mentorship to junior team members on CMM operations and quality inspection techniques. Required Skills and Competencies: CMM Programming & Inspection: Expertise in programming and operating CMM machines, ensuring high-precision measurements. Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T): Strong understanding of GD&T principles for accurate component validation. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret technical drawings, analyze measurement data, and suggest process improvements. Attention to Detail: Ensures precision and accuracy in every inspection process, eliminating errors before they reach the customer. Problem-Solving: Quick to identify and resolve quality issues, preventing disruptions in production.
