About the Role

Store Assistant / Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.
  
• Prepare

  Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)

  and update the system (ERP / SAP / Excel).
• Maintain accurate records of

  material inward, issue, and return transactions

  .
• Ensure

  proper storage, tagging, and binning

  of materials as per item category.
• Coordinate with

  Purchase, Production, and Accounts

  for documentation and reconciliation.
• Monitor

  stock levels

  and inform the team for timely replenishment.
• Conduct

  periodic stock verification

  and assist in inventory audits.
• Handle

  consumables, tools, spare parts, and fabrication materials

  efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of

  inventory and material management systems

  .
• Familiarity with

  ERP / SAP MM / Excel

  for stock recording and reporting.
• Basic understanding of

  GRN, MRN, BIN card, and stock reconciliation

  .
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good documentation habits.
  
• Effective coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Supply Chain
  
• Certification or exposure to

  Store / Inventory Management

  preferred
