Job Description

Inventory Management:
Receiving, storing, and distributing stock.
Maintaining accurate inventory records.
Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Identifying and requesting low-on-hand items to replenish stock levels.
Rotating stock to prevent expired or outdated products.
Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries:
Receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents.
Checking for damages or discrepancies.
Ensuring products match purchase orders and specifications.
Stock Control and Organization:
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
Ensuring proper storage of goods in designated locations.
Following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for storage.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Generating material received reports (MRR).
Ensuring proper completion of documentation for orders and purchases.
Supplier Coordination:
Coordinating with suppliers for deliveries and ensuring a seamless supply chain.
Negotiating prices and placing orders.
Other Duties:
Assisting customers with inquiries or product requests.
Supervising other staff members (if applicable).
Packing and labeling goods.
Handling freight and equipment movement.
Disposing of surplus and expired quantities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,034.66 per month
