1. Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities including material receipt, storage, and issue. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in ERP/system. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system data. Monitor FIFO/FEFO principles for material movement. 2. Dispatch & Logistics: Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per sales orders and schedules. Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Invoices, E-way bills, Packing Lists, etc.). Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and timely deliveries. Ensure proper loading/unloading and secure packaging of goods. Track dispatched consignments and update stakeholders on delivery status. 3. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain GRN, material inward/outward registers, and other warehouse records. Ensure all documentation complies with statutory and company requirements. Support audits by providing required records and information. 4. Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards. Ensure compliance with safety procedures during handling and storage of materials. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly. 5. Team Coordination: Supervise helpers and loading/unloading staff. Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
