Department: Stores / Materials Management Location: Anand, Gujarat Experience: 1 to 6 Years Industry Preference: Engineering / Fabrication / Heavy Equipment Manufacturing About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Store Assistant / Store Executive to join our Stores team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing material receipts, issues, and inventory records in a manufacturing setup. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth material flow for production and dispatch activities. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans. Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and update the system (ERP / SAP / Excel). Maintain accurate records of material inward, issue, and return transactions . Ensure proper storage, tagging, and binning of materials as per item category. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts for documentation and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and inform the team for timely replenishment. Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in inventory audits. Handle consumables, tools, spare parts, and fabrication materials efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Required Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of inventory and material management systems . Familiarity with ERP / SAP MM / Excel for stock recording and reporting. Basic understanding of GRN, MRN, BIN card, and stock reconciliation . Attention to detail, accuracy, and good documentation habits. Effective coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Qualification Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Supply Chain Certification or exposure to Store / Inventory Management preferred
