Key Responsibilities: Design and develop highly scalable and extensible data pipelines for collection, storage, distribution, modeling, and analysis of large datasets Develop and implement data quality frameworks including unit, integration, and functional tests, with thorough documentation Build new data integrations, including APIs, to handle increasing data volume and complexity Develop scalable pipelines to improve data management, analytics, and reporting efficiency Ensure compliance with data governance processes to maintain quality, usability, consistency, integrity, and security Implement solutions aligned with architectural and data governance standards for integrations, storage, reporting, and analytics Perform data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues Collaborate with stakeholders and IT leaders to deliver solutions meeting business needs Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to influence and drive results Leverage expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, DevOps/CI-CD, API integration, big data, data streaming, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure) Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of engineering experience in Data and Analytics and MDM, focusing on scalable solutions 5+ years of experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Big Data ETL tool 5 years working with RDBMS databases, preferably Snowflake 3+ years programming and scripting in Python, Java, SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Stored Procedures 2+ years programming and data streaming with Kafka and Azure Function App or similar technologies 2+ years creating test plans, strategies, test cases, and test scripts for data systems 2 years using job scheduling applications and security APIs 2 years DevOps experience with tools like Jenkins, JFrog, GitHub, Control-M 3 years working in Agile and Scrum frameworks Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field Experience in building enterprise analytics solutions and leveraging Azure cloud architecture Knowledge of enterprise data and information management Exposure to Retail domain is a plus Exposure to PIM and MDM systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities As an ED&A Architect, you will work across all architecture disciplines to collaborate in all platform capability work leading the organization through pragmatic vision and strong influence. You will recommend alternative options within architecture designs and the introduction and use cases for the adoption of new technologies. You will translate detailed business and technical requirements into high-performing, reliable conceptual roadmaps and solutions that meet business needs. Work with the development, production, and support teams to provide design guidelines and impart knowledge on technical trends and solutions. Build deep understanding of the analytics platform portfolio and assess how solutions align/fit within the broader enterprise architecture. Work with Solution Delivery Lead, Business Delivery Services and Solution/Business Architect to review business drivers, needs and strategies and understand implications; Provides technical guidance and oversight to delivery team. Capture the requirements for future application and/or platform architecture changes and identify the techniques and technologies that should be applied at the platform level. Provide support and guidance to the platform teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes. Create architecture deliverables consistent with technology/established ADL standards, methodologies, and best practices. Work with Enterprise Architects to align platforms and capabilities with enterprise architecture standards and processes. Must be comfortable meeting and presenting to large groups of people. What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications): 5+ years of related IT experience with Snowflake data warehouse. Strong cloud-based Data Analytics architecture & design experience with Snowflake data warehouse. Software engineering and DevOps principles, including knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools, such as Git, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Ability to recommend solutions appropriate to the problem in terms of simplicity, cost, and support required. Strong hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data using distributed computing platform. Familiarity with Data Analytics architecture fundamentals, e.g., Data, Agile, DevSecOps, NFR s, MLOps. Champion innovation by staying abreast of the latest advancements in Data and Analytics related technologies and proactively finding opportunities for their integration into our architecture. Proven experience architecting, solutioning and scaling cloud Data Analytics platforms. Experience working in a global agile delivery environment. Ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders and to use informal influencing skills to gain consensus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. Manage and lead multiple engineering teams in an Agile/Kanban environment. Partner with global supply chain and store operations teams to deliver technology solutions that improve inventory flow, fulfillment speed, and in-store efficiency. Ensure engineering solutions align with the unique needs of off-price retail, including rapid deployment, cost efficiency, and system scalability. Coach, lead and develop a team of skilled and engaged software engineers at various levels of seniority. Sets the talent approach (i.e onboarding / development, team structure / make-up, careering pathing etc) for technical talent within the given product team(s) / technical domain(s). Anticipates demand and hires/facilitate the hiring of skilled internal & external engineering talent for the assigned scope (inc. defining the approach for candidate technical assessments), and support hiring processes for other Product Teams. Drive adoption of engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding. Ensure operational excellence and accountability for system performance, uptime, and delivery metrics. Act as a key escalation point for technical delivery and production issues. Ensure positive interactions and champion cultural factors to help coordinate efforts across geographically dispersed teams.
