Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years (in Automation and Engineering)

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Design Engineer to join our Automation and Engineering division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and development process, from requirement gathering to validation and production supervision, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Candidates with a solid understanding of SPM, MHE, structures, hydraulics, and all design calculations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure fulfillment of design & development review, including calculation verification & validation.
• Measure, monitor, and improve design-related metrics.
• Accurately capture and interpret customer needs, expectations, and technical requirements.
• Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and technical graphics.
• Develop and test engineering prototypes.
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance production efficiency.
• Use design software to develop 2D/3D models and detailed drawings of new products.
• Perform structural analysis (preferred).
• Maintain engineering documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 processes.
• Evaluate prototypes to assess risk, usability, and performance issues.
• Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, management, and creative departments.
• Continuously develop knowledge in SPM, MHE, structural systems, hydraulics, and relevant design calculations.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
• Engineering Graduate or Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Design preferred)
• Additional Preferences:
• Married with children (preferred)
• Residing in or willing to relocate to PCMC area
• Age group: 28 to 40 years

Technical Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, and AutoCAD
• Understanding of design principles, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and documentation
• Ability to perform design calculations and structural analysis

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
