Location: Thermax Chowk, above Kotak Bank, MIDC, Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411019
Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Service Engineer to manage and execute engineering projects and provide technical support and services to our clients. This role involves coordination of project activities, site supervision, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:Project Engineering:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment/systems.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, schedules, and progress updates.

Service Engineering:

• Perform on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Install and commission new equipment and systems.
• Provide training and technical guidance to clients/end-users.
• Document service visits and maintain service logs.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
• [4-6+] years of experience in project execution and service engineering.
• Strong understanding of [insert relevant systems: PLCs, HVAC, automation systems, machinery, electrical panels, etc.].
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (local and outstation).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project, etc.
• Certifications in [e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, specific technical certifications].
• Experience in [industry: e.g., manufacturing, energy, automation, etc.].

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
