Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Structural design
and development for heavy industrial equipment
Structural analysis by performing
FEA using Creo
to validate the design.
Welded joint design
, application of AWS Standards
Material, OEM Items selection according to the application
3D CAD modeling & 2D detailing
according to ASME Y14.5 standards with proper GD&T.
Hydraulic
hose and tube routings
according to the schematics
PDM/PLM, Following
ECR/ECOs process
according to the company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, electrical, supply chain) to ensure
design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
and
design-for-assembly (DFA)
principles are applied.
Support prototyping, testing, and design validation activities.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization in design solutions.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards, regulations, and safety norms
.
Participate in
design reviews, risk assessments, and DFMEA/DFSS processes
.
Provide technical support during product launch and throughout the product lifecycle.
