    Senior Content Marketing Manager



    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute SEO-led content strategies

      aligned with marketing objectives, business goals, and buyer journey stages. Identify content opportunities, high-value keywords, and search trends to maximize organic visibility.
    • Create high-quality, differentiated content

      across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, product collateral, email campaigns, and landing pages. Ensure content resonates with technical and business audiences alike.
    • Leverage AI tools for content innovation:

      Conduct competitive benchmarking, keyword research, gap analysis, and audience insights to inform strategic storytelling. Use AI to enhance efficiency without compromising human creativity.
    • Optimize content for performance:

      Implement on-page SEO, meta tags, structured data, internal linking strategies, and other SEO best practices. Regularly audit content for relevance, freshness, and alignment with evolving algorithms.
    • Analyze content impact and ROI:

      Monitor key performance indicators such as search rankings, organic traffic, engagement metrics, lead generation, and pipeline contribution. Translate insights into actionable improvements.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally:

      Work with product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure content reflects brand voice, product positioning, and market differentiation.
    • Mentor and guide junior writers:

      Provide editorial feedback, training in SEO and AI tools, and guidance on content creation best practices.
    • Drive thought leadership:

      Craft content that positions Kanerika as an authority in AI, data, and enterprise solutions. Build content that supports webinars, industry reports, and speaking opportunities.
    • Experiment and innovate:

      Pilot new content formats, distribution channels, and AI-assisted workflows to maximize audience engagement and lead generation.


  • Qualifications

    Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership, preferably in

      B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or data services

      .
    • Hands-on experience creating SEO-optimized content that ranks, drives traffic, and converts.
    • Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel content campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
    • Experience leveraging AI or data-driven tools for content planning, research, analysis, and competitive insight.
    • Familiarity with content workflows that integrate content planning, creation, review, distribution, and performance analysis.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
    • Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and search algorithms.
    • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into accessible, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure content performance, interpret metrics, and optimize accordingly.
    • Strategic mindset with

    • Creativity and innovation, combined with a practical focus on measurable results.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • CMS platforms, collaboration tools, and content workflow systems.
    • SEO, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console).
    • Generative AI platforms for research, drafting, and content analysis.
