About the Role:

Senior Cold Outbound Expert

This role goes beyond prospecting — it requires a strategic thinker who can build scalable systems, coach SDR/BDR teams, and directly impact pipeline growth through world-class outbound execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine cold outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Create, test, and iterate messaging sequences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for lead generation and outreach.
  • Research, segment, and prioritize high-value target accounts.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers with tailored outreach.
  • Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Mentor and train SDRs/BDRs on best practices in cold outreach, objection handling, and productivity.
  • Lead role-play sessions and provide constructive feedback on calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Define KPIs, set performance benchmarks, and help SDRs consistently exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outbound strategies with campaigns and positioning.
  • Provide data-driven insights on outbound performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure CRM best practices for accurate reporting and forecasting.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR management, or sales coaching roles.
  • Proven track record of building successful cold outbound campaigns in B2B (preferably SaaS, Tech, or similar industries).
  • Strong knowledge of outbound strategies: cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience coaching or leading SDR teams with measurable results.
  • Excellent objection-handling, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot,Salesforce,Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in scaling outbound teams across international markets.
  • Knowledge of advanced sales automation and lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with data-driven outbound frameworks and reporting.
