Senior Account Executive – SI & Hi-Tech


SaaS, Digitization, and Content Services


Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — for strategic SI and Hi-Tech accounts.
  • Focus on

    new logo acquisition

    , upselling, and solution-based selling.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across direct and partner-embedded opportunities.

SI & Partner Engagement

  • Collaborate with top-tier SIs like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, HCL, and Tech Mahindra.
  • Drive

    sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through

    strategies aligned to transformation initiatives.
  • Craft joint value propositions and pursue industry- and solution-specific sales motions.

Client Engagement & Deal Execution

  • Lead customer conversations with CXOs and senior leaders in IT, digital, operations, and procurement.
  • Position Iron Mountain’s digital offerings — including

    Information Security, Insight DXP, ECM/DMS

    , and intelligent automation.
  • Partner with internal teams to shape proposals, pricing, and commercial terms.

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain a strong, qualified pipeline using

    Salesforce CRM

    and sales tools.
  • Collaborate with presales, legal, and finance to progress deals efficiently.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership.


What You Bring

  • ✅ Proven track record of

    quota attainment

    in enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud, or digital services.
  • ✅ Experience working with

    System Integrators or Hi-Tech partners

    in a partner-led sales model.
  • ✅ Strong ability to engage and influence

    CXOs and functional stakeholders

    .
  • ✅ Familiarity with solutions like

    digitization, ECM/DMS, cloud platforms,

    or

    workflow automation

    .
  • ✅ Strategic thinker and deal-closer who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with 3–5 years in SI-led or Hi-Tech accounts.
  • Expertise in

    cloud/SaaS product sales

    and transformation-led IT initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and partner management skills.
