We are a fast-growing outsourcing solutions provider specializing in Customer Support, Sales, and Technical Helpdesk for global clients. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our India BPO business growth and build strong client relationships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO/Call Center sector for Domestic & International markets. Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. Create business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record in BPO sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.

Strong understanding of outsourcing services (Inbound, Outbound, Chat, Email, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

International client handling experience will be a big plus.
