About the Role

This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker and dealmaker who thrives at the intersection of science and business. You will be responsible for driving MSN’s in-licensing and out-licensing strategy, cultivating high-value global partnerships and executing business development initiatives that shape our biologics pipeline and market presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business development activities for biosimilars and biologics — from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Drive in-licensing and out-licensing programs across key global markets.
  • Identify, evaluate and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial collaborations.
  • Manage backend deal execution, including due diligence, term sheet finalization, and contract management.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, finance and legal teams to align business and scientific objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent MSN Group at global conferences, investor meetings and business forums to strengthen the company’s international footprint.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with global stakeholders and partners.


What We’re Looking For

  • 12–15 years of experience in Business Development, Licensing, or Strategic Partnerships within biosimilars, biologics, or biotechnology industries.
  • Proven expertise in global deal-making, licensing negotiations, and alliance management.
  • Master’s in Lifesciences (M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or any relevant subject or M.Pharm) or MBA (Marketing, International Business, or Strategy preferred).
  • Deep understanding of biopharma commercialization models, market access pathways, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate scientific insights into strategic business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
