Role Overview

Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business development function and set clear growth objectives
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s client base and market presence
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Oversee proposal development, pitch strategies, and contract negotiations
• Identify and secure high-value business opportunities in PR, advertising, and communication services
• Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve targets
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
• Represent PR 24x7 at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals
• Strong networking, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
• Deep understanding of PR, media, or advertising services
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently while leading and inspiring a team
