Senior Business Development Manager

Job description

We are seeking passionate and result-driven Sales Professionals with expertise in Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, AV/Collaboration, and CCTV/Surveillance solutions. The role involves driving new business, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through enterprise solution sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned domain (Cyber Security, Cloud Infra, AV/Collaboration, CCTV/Surveillance).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprise customers, consultants, and system integrators.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
• Work closely with technical/pre-sales team for solution design and proposals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with technical /pre-sales team for solution design and proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
• Corporate / Government Experience would be an added advantage

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 10 years in IT Solution Sales / System Integration Sales.
• Education: B.E/ B.Tech (Technical background preferred).
• Strong understanding of one or more domains: Cyber Security, Cloud, AV/Collaboration, CCTV/Surveillance.
• Proven track record in B2B/Enterprise solution sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Must own a Four/Two Wheeler for client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
