Key Responsibilities Lead project execution from requirement gathering to final delivery, ensuring alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear communication and successful engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively. Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve queries. Prepare detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports. Identify project risks and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve project processes and delivery standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on coding experience, followed by at least 1+ year in project coordination or client handling roles. Strong understanding of Project Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proven experience in international client communication and engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is preferred. Ability to lead, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects within deadlines. Why BOSC Tech? Manage client accounts end-to-end — from onboarding and requirement clarification to feedback collection and relationship nurturing. Schedule, lead, and document regular client meetings to discuss updates, gather inputs, and resolve concerns. Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals and ensuring their expectations are met. Work closely with project teams to relay client needs, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Maintain and update client records, meeting notes, and engagement history for transparency and continuity. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client interactions and needs. Ensure a high standard of client service and contribute to improved client satisfaction and retention. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Communication, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an IT or software services environment with international client exposure . Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is essential. Proven experience managing client accounts, hosting meetings, and maintaining professional correspondence. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask across accounts. Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, CRM software, and productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Notion).
