Job Summary:
We are seeking an MBA Sales / Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, communication skills, and experience in lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through various channels.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Track and report lead conversion metrics to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA with a specialization in Sales/Marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or tech sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels for lead generation.
• Ability to analyze sales data to improve strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,722.91 - ₹39,505.30 per month
