Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client communication post-sales, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and addressed. Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and resolve concerns. Work closely with internal development, QA, and design teams to align deliverables with client expectations. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and communication records. Ensure smooth coordination across teams to meet client needs and project timelines. Monitor project progress and proactively communicate potential risks or delays to stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in client service processes and delivery standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services with strong exposure to international client communication and coordination. Solid understanding of Project Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
