Client Service Executive

Location: Remote (Collaboration via Slack)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST or 6:00 PM – 3 AM IST)
Remuneration: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000/month)
Probation: 3 months (₹15,000/month during probation)

Role Summary:
Tradetron is hiring a detail-oriented Client Service Quant to provide exceptional support to clients via chat and calls, addressing technical and non-technical issues in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and effective client support through chat and calls.
• Resolve technical and non-technical issues, including trading-related inquiries.
• Provide professional and empathetic client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team via Slack for seamless operations.
• Troubleshoot efficiently and guide clients through complex scenarios.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of trading, focusing on major Indian exchanges (stocks, options, derivatives).
• Familiarity with trading jargon and market dynamics.
• Prior trading experience (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and email-writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex issues.
• Strong business acumen and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Punctual, adaptable to rotational shifts, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
