Key Responsibilities: Deliver prompt and effective client support through chat and calls. Resolve technical and non-technical issues, including trading-related inquiries. Provide professional and empathetic client interactions. Collaborate with the team via Slack for seamless operations. Troubleshoot efficiently and guide clients through complex scenarios. Requirements: Strong knowledge of trading, focusing on major Indian exchanges (stocks, options, derivatives). Familiarity with trading jargon and market dynamics. Prior trading experience (mandatory). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and email-writing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex issues. Strong business acumen and ability to thrive under pressure. Punctual, adaptable to rotational shifts, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
