Sr. AI/ML Developer – 3+ Years | Gandhinagar

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications, focusing on Computer Vision, NLP, and deep learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for Computer Vision and NLP applications.
Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Implement image classification, object detection, and segmentation models.
Develop NLP solutions like text classification, NER, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
Preprocess and clean large datasets for model training and evaluation.
Fine-tune pre-trained models (BERT, GPT, ViT, YOLO, DETR) for specific tasks.
Deploy AI models using REST APIs, Flask, FastAPI, or TensorFlow Serving.
Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable solutions.
Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques.
Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, and Transformers.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in edge AI or real-time AI applications.
Familiarity with vector databases and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,058.13 - ₹55,605.04 per month
