Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that clients achieve maximum value from our AI/ML and software solutions, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Lead client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement processes.
  • Understand client goals and align our solutions to deliver business impact.
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and take proactive measures to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and track success metrics.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations within IT, SaaS, or AI/ML domains.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise clients and ensuring renewals and growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success tools such as HubSpot, Gain sight, or Client Success.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business value for clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven technology platforms.
  • Background in handling global clients or enterprise accounts.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,376.15 - ₹50,426.02 per month
