Job Summary: The SAP Cutover Lead for the SAP S/4 Fashion implementation will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities for the cutover to the SAP S/4 Fashion ERP. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, project management, and cutover processes. The Cutover Lead will work closely with functional leads, business leads, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Cutover Planning: Develop and maintain the cutover strategy and plan, including timelines, resources, and dependencies. Facilitate cutover planning meetings with functional leads, business leads, and technical teams (SAP and third-party) to solidify and finalize the cutover plan. Data Migration: Provide support for data migration and validation during cutover rehearsals and final cutover. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the cutover process2. Training and Support: Support the preparation of the training environment and end-user training. Coordinate resolution of production incidents during hypercare and transition to the production support team2. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including project managers, functional leads, business leads, and technical teams. Provide regular status updates and reports to the PMO and other key stakeholders Cutover Execution: Execute cutover rehearsals per the cutover strategy, gather feedback for improvements during each rehearsal, and incorporate them into the final cutover plan. Run final cutover execution, liaise with LS&Co Release Management and Change Management team, and adhere to LS&Co Change Management processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on cutover activities3. Strong understanding of SAP S4 Fashion solutions and integration with other applications like warehouse management systems and 3PL's Proven experience in developing and executing cutover plans, including data migration and validation Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with SAP Activate methodology desirable Additional Information: This role requires occasional travel to project sites and collaboration with global teams.
