Position Name: Senior Business Development Executive (It Service base)

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with potential leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.


  • Independently schedule and lead client calls, meetings, and presentations.


  • Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and contracts.


  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and within deadlines.


  • Identify and approach new clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.


  • Generate qualified leads through research, market analysis, networking, and outbound sales activities including cold calling.


  • Maintain, update, and optimize CRM systems to track sales pipeline, activities, and conversions.


  • Build, strengthen, and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.


  • Prepare and present regular sales activity, performance, and pipeline reports to management.


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, industries, and geographies for expansion.


  • Support in preparing high-quality client proposals, sales decks, and other business development materials.


  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve offerings and ensure high customer satisfaction.


Person Specification & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, B.Sc./M.Sc. IT, etc.).


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-centric approach.


  • A person should have experience with international market.


  • Ability to independently drive sales cycles with support from senior leadership when required.



  • Preference for immediate joiners and candidates located in Gujarat.
