About The Opportunity

A fast-paced brand communications and digital marketing agency operating across consumer, retail and enterprise segments. We deliver integrated brand campaigns, performance marketing and strategic communication services to national and global clients—seeking a senior sales professional to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth from our India offices.

Primary title:

Senior Business Development Manager (On-site, India)Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify and pursue high-value B2B and large-account opportunities across consumer and enterprise verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation and winning deals with clear commercial terms.
  • Build compelling, customised proposals and RFP responses that align client objectives with agency capabilities and measurable KPIs.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity logs; deliver weekly/monthly revenue reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, creative, media and account teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events) to expand market footprint and generate qualified leads.

  • Willingness to work on-site in India and travel for client meetings as required.
